It Looked A Lot Like Christmas

Every once in  awhile we have a client ask us to help them with their Christmas decor.

This year one of our favorite clients needed all new items for their first Christmas in their new home.  It was a ton of work, but a true labor of love.  It was a long nine hour day and my hands were bleeding at the fingertips, but it turned out gorgeous!

Their 12 foot tree.  

Yes, I was on the top of that ladder all day long.

Their decadent mantle.

You always need a few wreaths inside.

Not to mention, an over the top garland.

Zara Home is Almost Here

It is happening.

I could not believe it when my friend Niccole informed me of this.  I am already excited by the single shot they have posted on their website.

I mean, c'mon, everyone remembers the glasses from the Lonny issue that we all wanted but no one could get their hot little hands on.

Maybe they still have them.  A girl can dream right?

Oh, Bill.

Inside My Instagram

It is Monday morning and I am tired even though I had a long weekend. I never seem to be rested enough to start Monday bright and cheery, so here is a little peek at the happy things that occurred on my Instagram.

A peek at some amazing cabinetry with lights that I want in my own home.

New Years Day dinner at my parents house complete with my Grandmothers china, my moms silver, and the peace napkins that I made for my mother.

To wish my cousins a fond farewell, I added a little sparkle to my casual outfit courtesy of this knot via BCBG.

Dorothy had a wonderful week de-stuffing every toy she received at Christmas.

Last but not least, the newest addition to my parents family...Zoe.
