Art Flip Flop

Since I got new artwork for my living room thanks to Nicole over at Sketch42, my beautiful Paris map that I liked was left without a home.

Until I decided that maybe it could find a new home.

I am thinking about moving the art from above my Living Room sofa...

to over my bed to make a larger headboard.

I recently ordered some of the Matteo Bedding in Coal (Gorg) and I think it will make it a little more moody in a good way.

Then to replace the art in my Living Room, I am thinking about doing a photo wall. I never get sick of them and they are a little more personal.

Matteo Monday

I have been talking about getting new bedding for awhile now, and I know I have told you guys that I am looking to re-do it in Matteo. Matteos philosophy is "to create simple sheets from the most luxurious fabrics in the world." I mean, who doesn't like the idea of super soft linen sheets? The other bonus, your bed looking just as beautiful un-made, as made. (I tend to slack in the bed making dept!) Not to mention, anything that comes out of this building has to be good!

The Vintage Linen sheets

I am so drawn to the Hammock Shams. They call to me for some reason, but I cannot stop staring at them.

Another item that you have to see in person to understand. The Tat shams and duvet. The perfect 'me' ruffle. Not prissy, and completely worn in and torn up. I will probably do this in the color Coal though...gray perfection.

Day 4 of the Tour

Ok, this is it! The final day of my home tour. There is not much left to see. Personally, I think my closet is the best part of my home and you all have already seen that. *wink*

So last, but not least, my Master Bedroom.

I love my pictures above my bed.

My wonderful friend Nicole over at Sketch42 shared some of her beautiful marbled paper with me and I feel like it added the perfect sense of calmness that you want in your bedroom.

I also love the pillow that Ashley from Skout made me. My husband and I were married in 2008 so I thought that was a kitschy little touch.

I have added a shell print on the far wall since these were taken. It adds a nice little something to that corner.

On my lovely Ikea dresser, I have a few pictures from our wedding and the amazing watercolor that my florist/event planner did of my arbor that we got married under and became where we also put our sweetheart table.

The interior designer in me cannot stop though. I really want to change all of my bedding over to Matteo. They have the most beautiful linen and cotton bedding I have ever seen and I have become obsessed!
