Seattle Nuptials

A glimpse at us getting ready for the big day.

The hair and makeup girls rocked my hair and my cat eye.

My beautiful friend Paula looking quite excited to be a beautiful bride.

After the wedding and reunited with my hubby.

The gorgeous ballroom at the Four Seasons in downtown Seattle.

A little later in the evening after a few glasses of wine we pulled a little "blue steel."

Oh, and my husband played the keytar.

The Gift of Glassybaby

You always forget that when you are in a wedding that while you are busy always thinking about the Bride and Groom that they are busy thinking about you too.

I felt that the gifts to our parents and bridal party were actually one of the hardest decisions to make.  

What does everyone want or need?

What will remind them of the special day they shared with you?

What might they appreciate for years to come?

Well, Paula nailed it by giving everybody something that she wanted...

Four Years Ago Today

I married my best friend...

What I Wore - Rehearsal Dinner

Sometimes being in the wedding is great because you do not have to decide what to wear, but then you realize there are more events you have to attend, so you need even more ensembles!

After much debate, here is what I ended up with for the rehearsal and dinner at Wild Ginger in Seattle.

The idea was business casual but fun as the rehearsal was at 3pm.
